This Privacy Policy explains how Clean Bot LLC, doing business as “7axis” (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit https://7axis.agency (the “Site”), submit a contact form, or otherwise interact with us.

1. Who we are

7axis is a trade name of Clean Bot LLC, a New York limited liability company. Clean Bot LLC is the data controller responsible for personal information collected through the Site.

Clean Bot LLC
54 State Street, Ste 804 #9080
Albany, New York 12207
United States
Email: support@clean-bot.us

2. Scope

This Policy applies to information we collect through the Site and through our portfolio demo subpaths under the same domain. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services we link to. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

Audience. Our Services are offered to businesses in the United States. The Site is not directed to anyone outside the U.S., and we do not knowingly target the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with their own data-protection regimes. See Section 14.

3. What we collect

3.1 Information you give us

  • Lead form submissions: name and phone number you enter into the form.
  • Direct contact: any information you include when you call, text, or email us (including the contents of those messages).
  • Project information: if you become a client, the content, files, brand assets, and account access you share for us to deliver the work.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment providers (e.g. Afterpay, card processors). We do not store full card numbers.

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Page and submission context: the page URL the form was submitted from, the document referrer, and UTM / click-ID parameters in the URL (e.g. utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, fbclid, gclid).
  • Device and connection data: IP address, user-agent string, approximate location derived from IP, browser language, and timestamps. Some of this is collected by our hosting provider in standard server logs.
  • Analytics and advertising: events and identifiers collected by Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Yandex Metrica, including page views, clicks, scroll depth, lead-form events, and pseudonymous advertising IDs. See Section 6.
  • Server-side conversions: when you submit the lead form, we send a hashed version of your name and phone (SHA-256) along with our event metadata to Meta’s Conversions API to deduplicate conversions with the Meta Pixel. We do not transmit your raw name or phone to Meta in clear text.

4. How we use it

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your inquiry, schedule a discovery call, and follow up with you;
  • provide, deliver, support, and improve the Services;
  • process payments and manage our business records;
  • measure marketing performance and optimize our advertising (including measuring conversions, attributing leads, and excluding people who already converted from further ad targeting);
  • operate, secure, and debug the Site;
  • comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service; and
  • communicate with you about your account, your project, or important changes to our Services.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not use lead-form data for newsletter marketing, third-party email lists, or spam.

5. When we share it

We share personal information only as described below:

  • Internal team and contractors who help us deliver the Services, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Service providers that operate the Site and our business: hosting, payment processors, messaging (e.g. Telegram for receiving lead notifications), email, analytics, and advertising platforms listed in Section 6.
  • Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, safety, or that of others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality.

6. Advertising and analytics

The Site uses these third-party services:

  • Google Tag Manager — tag deployment.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — Site analytics.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API — advertising measurement and optimization. We pass a shared event_id between the browser pixel and our server-side Conversions API call to deduplicate the same lead. Personal identifiers we send server-side (name, phone) are SHA-256 hashed before transmission.
  • Yandex Metrica — Site analytics.

These providers may set their own cookies and collect IP-derived and device information. They act as separate data controllers for the data they collect through their tools. Their privacy policies govern that data: Google’s policy at policies.google.com/privacy, Meta’s at facebook.com/privacy/policy, and Yandex’s at yandex.com/legal/confidential.

Targeted advertising. The data shared with Meta and Google may be used to show you our ads on their platforms and partner networks (including ads optimized to people similar to those who submitted our lead form). California residents have specific opt-out rights described in Section 12. Most ad platforms also offer independent opt-out mechanisms in their account settings.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our analytics/advertising providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • remember UTM parameters across the session so a lead is attributed correctly;
  • measure traffic and on-site behavior;
  • support advertising measurement, attribution, and exclusion of converted users.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site works.

8. Calls, texts, and email

When you submit your phone number, you consent to be contacted by 7axis at that number, including by phone call and text message (SMS), in connection with your inquiry or project. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out, or tell the person you speak with that you do not want further contact. Opt-out does not affect any of our transactional, account, or legal communications.

We do not use lead-form contacts for newsletter marketing, and we do not sell or rent your phone number or email to third parties.

9. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, plus a reasonable period for legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and audit needs:

  • Lead-form submissions that don’t become clients: typically up to 24 months from submission, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Client records: for the duration of the engagement plus up to 7 years after, to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
  • Server logs and analytics: retained according to provider defaults (commonly 14–26 months for analytics; shorter for ad-platform identifiers).

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information — including HTTPS for the Site, hashed transmission of identifiers to Meta, and access controls on internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You provide personal information at your own risk.

11. Your choices and rights

You can:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing support@clean-bot.us. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time.
  • Opt out of further contact at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking us by phone, or emailing the address above.
  • Adjust browser cookie settings to block or clear cookies.
  • Use platform opt-outs for ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

12. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA”), provides specific rights regarding your personal information.

12.1 Categories of personal information we collect

In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories:

  • Identifiers — name, phone number, IP address, online identifiers (e.g. cookie IDs, ad IDs).
  • Internet or other electronic network activity — browsing data on the Site, referring URLs, UTM/click-ID parameters, interaction events.
  • Geolocation — approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Inferences — advertising-platform inferences drawn from the above (e.g. lookalike-audience signals).

Sources, purposes, and recipients of these categories are described in Sections 3–5. We do not knowingly collect “sensitive personal information” as defined by CCPA.

12.2 “Sale” and “sharing”

We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of cookies and pixels for cross-context behavioral advertising (Meta and Google) may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under the CCPA. The categories involved are identifiers, internet or other electronic network activity, and inferences; the recipients are the advertising and analytics providers listed in Section 6.

12.3 Your CCPA rights

You have the right to:

  • Know what categories of personal information we have collected and how we use and share them.
  • Access the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive PI for purposes that trigger this right).
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of the above.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@clean-bot.uswith the subject line “CCPA request” and describe what you want. We may need to verify your identity before acting (typically by confirming details we already hold). You may also designate an authorized agent in writing to submit a request on your behalf.

Opt out of sharing/sale. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device sending the signal. You can also email us as described above.

13. Children

The Site and the Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. U.S. only

We operate in the United States and offer Services to U.S. businesses. The Site is not intended for use in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions whose laws (such as the GDPR) impose specific data-protection requirements. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law. By using the Site you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date above shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be posted on this page; your continued use of the Site or Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
